Management
Since 1997 in number of Georgian state institutions such as: State Chancellery, Parliament, Chamber of Control, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Justice, Imereti Regional Administration, and in Kutaisi City Municipality following activities have been implemented from the management point of view:
- Improvement of organization structure
- Improvement of management and administration methods
- Improvement of internal business processes
- Modernization of inter-agency relations
- Optimization of document flow/management
- Improvement of operative/strategic planning
- Elaboration of reporting and work planning system
- Rationalization of decision making and control procedures
- Preparation of reference books, methodic and other kinds of publications.

Human Resources
Within the Ministry of Finance, Parliament and Chamber of Control, CIMS has developed, carried out and officialized the strategic programs on personnel management and human resources
- In the above mentioned institutions CIMS has implemented the full regulation of personnel management offices, emphasizing on the new structure, goals and objectives, functions and authorizations
- In the Ministry of Finance, Parliament, Chamber of Control and Imereti province modern training centers have been created
- Modern standards of training planning, organization and implementation and reporting-analysis were implemented in all of the 4 above mentioned training centers
- Full personnel cards' database was created and implemented in the number of state institutions along with the special software system for personnel management PEMSY
- CIMS consultants in HRD are members of the examination board and are actively involved in the process of attestation of the staff of the Parliament and its subordinated bodies such as the Chamber of Control and the National Parliamentary Library of Georgia, Ministry of Finance, Imereti Regional Administration, Kutaisi City Municipality, Imereti 11 districts’ local governments. The Georgian Public Service Bureau and the above mentioned state institutions have constantly followed the recommendations provided by CIMS on the qualitative improvement of certification procedures
- Innovations were implemented in fields of job description and elaboration of professional skills requirements, improvement of benefit system, evaluation of sub-units' activities and employee performance, etc.
- CIMS pays exceptional attention to distribution of the literature to its clients and beneficiaries. CIMS had prepared and issued over 120 methodological and practical manuals, dictionaries, directories, collection of standard acts, brochures, information booklets, leaflets, series of books "Advises for Public Servants", "Manual for Public Servants", "Public Servant and Legislation", "State and Society", etc.

Public Relations
- Public Relations offices of the Parliament, Ministry of Finance, and Chamber of Control, have been modernized technologically, functionally and in methodical-methodological respect. New PR-offices have been established at Imereti Regional Administration, Kutaisi City Municipality, and Imereti 11 districts’ local governments
- Regulations and job descriptions of the above mentioned offices have been elaborated and implemented
- Public opinion research have been conducted on image, reputation and activity of Ministry of Finance, Chamber of Control and Imereti Regional Administration
- Close and fruitful co-operation with mass-media is formed
- High number of presentations, conferences, seminars, workshops, round tables and other special events/activities have been organized and carried out
- PR campaign for XEROX was carried out.
Administrative Support
Various projects planned and carried out by CIMS are accompanied by an administrative support, which is expressed in:
- organization of meetings, seminars, conferences, interviews;
- carrying out researches and needs assessments;
- preparation of relevant documentation;
- conducting of tenders and carrying out their evaluation;
